In case product have problems, customers can handle:

• Method 1: Customers contact and have the device warranted at Apple authorized service providers in Vietnam.
• Method 2:
  • Contact ShopDunk (customer service hotline: 1900.6626 or go directly to ShopDunk store)
  • ShopDunk receives and sends the device to an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Vietnam to inspect, notify the results and handle methods from Apple for customers.

Note: You need to keep the purchase invoice at ShopDunk for warranty. This invoice is automatically sent to your e-mail.
