Requirements

DP Alternative Mode requires a "USB-C" port on your computer to support this feature - DP Alternate Mode.

SMI's InstantView technology requires a USB-C port on the host computer to support data transmission via USB.

Note: After plugging it in, you only need to click on the icon that appears on your screen. You need to restart the machine if you plug into a different monitor/setup, but that is not a big issue because with HDM1, it brings us great convenience to have the output of two monitors at the same time.
